The patented NOVA Lock-Up™ Vehicle Restraint is designed to secure an intermodal container chassis, standard trailers, and most RIG bar configurations, including styles with cover plates
or other obstructions. It features a vertical barrier that secures the trailer’s rear impact guard, helping reduce the risk of premature departure and trailer creep during loading and unloading. Its spring-loaded housing lowers when the truck makes contact, while the carriage automatically adjusts to accommodate trailer float. The roller slope extension features a wheel assembly that rolls smoothly over the pavement to help prevent marks or gouges on the dock approach surface.
Mounts to dock above ground level to stay clear of accumulated precipitation and debris. Protected from the elements with watertight connectors and zinc plating, which provides exceptional corrosion resistance.
